Respite Care
is a type of short-term care that provides relief for caregivers who need a break from their caregiving duties. It can be provided in a variety of settings, including in-home care adult day care centers, residential facilities. Respite care can help caregivers avoid burnout and provide the necessary support to continue providing care for their loved ones.
Companion Care
Judah Loving care provides 24 hours Companion Care Service consist of nonmedical care, supervision and socialization activities provided to an adult. Judah Loving Care companion provider will assist individulas recipient with such tasks as self-care needs, meal preparation, laundry and shopping. However, these activities shall not be performed as discrete services. Service does not entail hands-on medical care. Providers may also perform light housekeeping tasks, incidental to the care and supervision of the recipient.
Life Skills development- 1
Judah Loving Care provide Life Skills Development—Level 1 services consist of nonmedical care, supervision, and socialization activities provided to adults. Service will be provided in direct relation to the achievement of the individual’s goals per the individual’s support plan. Service provides access to community-based activities that cannot be provided by natural or other unpaid supports and should be defined as activities most likely to result in increased ability to access community resources without paid support.
Personal Care Assistant
Judah Loving Care provide Personal Care Assistance service in their own home, family care home, license facility, will assists a recipient with eating and meal preparation, bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and other self-care activities of daily living. The service also includes activities such as assistance with meal preparation, bed making, and vacuuming when these activities are essential to the health, safety, and welfare of the recipient and when no one else is available to perform them. Service is provided on a one-on-one basis.
Transportation
Judah loving care Home provides services to and from medical appointments.
